At BossMonsta, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
